nope, you only need to setup sa PInas. dito sa US, we can call them for free using cellphones or ordinary telephone lines. dun sa Pinas, kailangan ng high-speed internet, a router, and an unlock VOIP/SIP device. :)

take note: you don't have to have computers to call them. you are both talking to an ordinary telephone. :D

I will get it from my suppliers here in HKG this Sat.

And yes it does have an Intel Core Duo chip. It was originally a 1.8x Ghz chip but unexpectedly it was upgraded by Apple to 2.0 Ghz instead. Sweet! ;)

I'll do a short review when I get it this saturday, hopefully there are no more delays in shipping.

Phat Azz, those are Altec Lansing IM716. Bought them from Spectra, Park Square I last year for P6800. A lot better than Shure E3C and E4C. Has very low headroom. So you may want the IM616 instead. Meron din silang Philips. Haven't heard them yet.

Dimension, saan ka nakabili ng Esky? Bro ko maguuwi ng Blade CP. Hanap sana ako parts. Naghahanap din ako ng electric heli na madaming locally available parts. Any shop you can recommend?

Yung Hirobo kasi either pro level electric heli or twin rotor. Ayoko ng twin rotor. Masyadong madaling gamitin hehe.

I ordered mine from Hobby-Lobby.com.
Blade CP is a good heli, pero I would recommend an Esky CP2. Basically it's the same pero this one has the blings and upgrades (Li-po battery, Bell-Hiller mixing). You can check the comparison here... http://www.galactec.com/neolith/content.php?code=cpvscp2

Or you can get the upgraded Blade CP Pro.

As for shops, kung Esky CP2 hobbyjapan2000.com has it for $137.99. Kung Blade CP naman e pretty much standard ang pricing niya for $219.99 on most online stores. Locally, I'm not sure kung nandon pa rin sa Subic yung rc shop dati. Tagal ko na kasing hindi napunta doon, pero dami silang helis doon.

Twin rotors or co-axial rotors is not as fun as a single rotor. Maganda lang yon for orientation then afterwards medyo parang toy na lang siya.

I agree, laruan talaga ang twin rotors. Though ok lang to buy online, ayoko mabitin kung mag crash ako at antayan blues sa order ng piyesa hehe.

Anyway, my bro bought spares and a whole extra Blade CP less electrics pang piyesa. Dating siya this month.

I will use that. But I need to shop for my own since he will fly out again by Jan. At the moment i am logging hours on a flight sim but I have no idea if that going to be some help. RC Helicopter Simulator for Mac has ho-hum reviews.

Don't forget the extra battery para long lasting ang saya! Simulators are ok, good for orientation. Iba pa rin kasi ang feel ng real rc e, pero it really helps sa familiarity mo sa controls. Goodluck and enjoy! Warning lang... nakaka-addict yan. Hehehe.
